Member Login Updates

We are updating our member Login's, so members still using a 2004 LOGIN ID & password will need to contact us for a 2005 login Id, etc. Contact us at password@maranathacentral.org, and please include which Maranatha church you attend, your full name, and the name of your pastor. Those who already obtained a login id in 2005 will be unaffected but the switchover.

For Visitors to the site: We have posted a LOT of material on the public pages explaining our beliefs and practices - enough to answer most questions people have about our organization. Our internal pages contain prayer requests from individual members, various administrative announcements, some sermon outlines for our preachers, etc. We restrict access to this area out of sensitivity to the privacy concerns of some members, to avoid cluttering our home page with tedious administrative items, and for copyright reasons. It is not our desire to exclude anyone or withhold information, so please contact us if you need something. Write to us at askapastor@maranathacentral.org with any additional questions you may have; we usually reply within 24 hours! When writing, please tell us something about yourself and the nature of your interest in our churches - we do not engage in arguments or disputes about doctrine. We are interested, however, in responding to sincere inquiries.

The Importance of Children

God has shown us that children are an integral part of his work of salvation. Children are not the future. They are the present. Every year, we hear of new, incredible miracles that the the Holy Spirit has performed through the children. There are no shortage of testimonies about God using children to touch and convict the hearts of adults.

This month, the Lord has called us to pray for the evangelism of children. Our churches will have special services around the end of March specially geared towards kids. In the past, the children have been so faithful and zealous in inviting their friends, classmates and neighbors that the entire church is filled with children, leaving the grownups to stand in the back.

The Lord has also called his churches to pray for the spiritual lives of the young ones in the church. Some of the specific prayer motives include:
- deliverance from sickness, accidents, and violence, inside or outside the home;
- protection from worldly teachings and corrupt influences;
- good behavior in school;
- baptism with the Holy Spirit and experiences with spiritual gifts; and
- a good testimony at home.
